After having returned the charger only (no need to return the cable), Avenir Telecom propose you the following compensation :
- These products were sold in the UK after 1st November 2015.
- The company's findings and corrective actions have been reported to the Regulatory body (UK Trading Standards).
- To prevent future occurrence, Avenir Telecom have instituted improved quality control programs and stopped the production of the products in question.
- We have been made aware that the Energizer wall chargers (AC2UUNUMC2 & AC2UUNUiP5) sold after November 1st 2015, have an electrical defect.
- If you have purchased one of these chargers, please stop using it immediately and register you in our dedicated Website: http://www.energizeyourdevice.com/savinfo/ or contact us by either (01233 652011 freephone number) or email (recallchargersUK@avenir-telecom.co.uk). You will be sent a free post envelope in order to return the product. After receiving it

- 25 pounds for the white charger (AC2UUNUiP5)
